State and federal officials were in Pacific Thursday to tour flood damaged areas in the city. David Paulison, FEMA administrator, Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder and Mark James, Missouri director of public safety, were accompanied on the tour by half a dozen FEMA and SEMA officials.
